Genesis 25th chapter contains a story about the twins, Jacob and Esau. Listen as Mary Ellen shares a metaphysical lesson about the twins we all have, the two aspects of our one self. From a literal view the Genesis story is about the long ago estrangement and eventual reconciliation of two brothers. From a metaphysical view it is a story about us and the estrangement and eventual reconciliation of our mental and physical expressions. The reconciliation comes as a result of accepting ourselves as beloved and worthy right now.
